Not done with Christmas

I thought I was done with the Christmas cards, but I had one more in me for right now. This simple little tree comes from Tiffany Doodles. I really like the simple design of the whole card. I could do this in mass assembly.

I'm on a roll

I think I really enjoy making Christmas cards. LOL. I have another today to share. Now if I could only get motivated to get to the post office when it's time to mail them.

This is another Bugaboo image and more non-traditional colors. I love non-traditional Christmas colors. Here's why, Christmas Day is my Birthday! So in our house we had Christmas with birthday cake! Now how non-traditional is that?!!!

Anyway, off to take a nap.

Today's card is from Bugaboo Stamps, a part of their Christmas in July celebration. This is Tuesday's image, so you can see I am a little behind.

Recycle and Reuse for Christmas

Christmas in July? Who's thinking about Christmas already? Well actually I am. I shop early because I hate the craziness at the holiday seasons. There is nothing worse than to be out shopping with people who don't enjoy shopping and don't want to be there. Tempers are short and it's just ugly.

So for my first Christmas project I made an ornament. I used the chipboard piece from a spool of ribbon as my base, left over tulle and scrap of ribbon to form this.

This one is small, I wanted to test it out but I have bigger left over spools and my daughter and I will make ornaments for the tree this year.

Hello folks. Anyone have any good ideas for organizing scraps? My scraps are running all over the place and I ant seem to find what I am looking for when I really need it, so instead I cut into something new. I know, so sad.

But today's card is from scraps. These just happened to be sitting on my desk, leftover from a previous project. The image and sentiment is from Deedee's digis.

Friends are Flowers

I am going through withdrawals, right now. One of my best friends is on vacation and I haven't spoken to her in days. This is unusual because we talk every day. So needless to say I am having withdrawals symptoms. LOL!

So today's card is in honor of Tanya. (Hurry up and come home, so we can talk!)The image is from Bugaboo Stamps, the DP is from TLC Creations (I really like this one. Will definitely have to use it again) and I have to figure out where the sentiment came from.

A Little Lift

Hi all. I have a card to share today for a little lift. My aunt had back surgery recently and is very down in the dumps. I can only image not getting around like you would want to or are used to. So she needs a little brightening in her life right now.

The image is from Beecee Artistic and the sentiment comes from TLC Creations. I love these two colors together. I don't think I would ever wear them, but they look good on a card. LOL!

Who's ready to Bar-B-Que?

I love a good barbecue. I saw this image from Dustin Pike and knew it would be perfect for my brother or my dad. They are such men! LOL! The grill is their domain so when I tell them I cooked on the grill, they give me such a hard time.

Anyway, the sentiment is from TLC Creations, the summer club.

Take care, I'm off to get ready for my cook out today! LOL!
